5th June 2015, Friday-  School holidays still on that time (first weeks), and I didn't need to woke up that earlier as school days. So that earlier morning as usual I doing my things. I do warm-up and physical exercises for 30 mint. before I manage the exercise i had to clean up a couple of chick and give they food... Yeah, like others mum do, dyer my laundry at back yard etc. so on. Then after that I finished my exercise at 7.10 am like that, I heard the noise chick and birds at the back of my back yard. I have a look but nothing actually scared of the chick. Only the birds fly off from my neighbor roof , so really not care. So i needed to shower before going to work. As I was in a bath/shower room, I felt a bit dizzy for a few second (first wave). I think it probably causing from the exercise. Then the second wave, I saw the door and hanger door swing. Hello again, before I forgotten all about the stories from my granny (decease) so I blog in here the stories for my younger generation to read or anyone love to know. Let me introduce to you my great great grandfather on my father side was came from the Murut Nabai Tribe from Kg. Keningau, Keningau. Murut Nabai also known as tribal Murut Nabai from flat ground hinterland at North Borneo as well (head hunter). They good hunter at big forest too and practice witch craft (those old days, now mostly already having they own religious and not longer practice the witch craft anymore). Hi again.. To day i'm sharing from my kitchen food. Basically i knowing this a long time already, done it. Only lazy make me stop. But here again i think i started again to feel being like have my own plant of food. So on last Saturday, I had soaked the green bean and close it with no light directed in the bowl. I use big steel bowl and a basket with small hole that can drain the water. The reason that i used it with the whole because it easier for me to replace the water everyday. This fresh taugeh can be harvest on the 3rd day.. and to your cooking dish. So yummy and fresh when cook with garlic or ikan masin (salted fish) or ketiau goreng (fied noodle). This method was a good idea for mum that's not often go out to fresh market for veggie also saving more money.. That's for now,.. happy Wednesday. Just Me Nora oxoxox

Ham Choy My weekend on 8th March 2015, doing my homemade Green Pickles Ham Choy vegetable. That the only name I knew so far, I not sure in other name.. I bought a big bag of this bitter veggie as cheaper this hot season at Cybrecity pasar sayur, along Jalan Lintas. I guess it probably in around 2-3kg for RM3 each bag. So I manage to do as in the picture. This can be cooked after 7-14 days... These veggie very popular in Chinese but these day everyone know and love to eat & cooking this dish at Sabah. Me and my family also love it when cook with pork (non-halal) or chicken or fish soup. I get the recipe from my step mum, which very helpful and DIY. If bought out side at pasar only RM1.50 or RM2.00 for 100~200gm  for a few stalk of veggie. When doing this can be last for months and more saver.. That for my weekends, that always full. now my baby boy is growing. Busying my day for all my children, wives things.. it's been long time havent update my blog. now i try my best to blogging my stuff. Recently my hobby expanded to flower potting to baking. This is the thing i always wanna do. Serving to my kiddy that so many  needed and like and dont. Here i wanna share my little boy, Hiro Peter Yu Jie Hong.  He born on 3th December 2012 at 2.22pm on my 40 weeks of pregnancy. Born at Damai Specialist Hospital by Doc. Lim. His weight is 3.33kg and got a Mongolian mark on his left eye brows. Small, but I'm happy he healthy. So sorry a bite late to updates my blog.. Here i posted one of his picture taken shortly a minutes or second after i  delivery. Taken by my hubby... Later on i will let u know my delivery stories which i had to do surgery to let him out...  It's been a while haven't writing anything to my blog. Tonight I going to update my stories line to my blog. It's like a new hope arriving and lets see where this goes. I wanna to share how happy am I when I found out I'm pregnant again. Its felt like still in a dream world. Yes, its was a dream come true. Let me stories after I got ectopic, Doc said maybe I'm can't have a big chance and hope after 3 month later you will conceive or after 2 years either you will not conceive at all.. by 50 percent chance but the good news is your ovary still producing many eggs. Relief to hear? not exactly, it's feel like a part of me taken away. But after think deeper of it, having or not I already have a 2 beautiful girls. Weather I will have or not that up to my body and GOD will. All I needed to do is..be a healthy again, relaxing and think of my generation and love one's beside me and family. This is my first travel to out of my county. Having fun and travel for fun, seeing other people life, eats and sweet sour memory is all in line. I been to Ermita, Metro Manila on 05.03.2012 to 07.03.2012,.. and on my last day 07.03.2012 to 08.03.2012 my last day at Angeles City, Clark, Philippine. It's was wild and a journey to share. 9th Oct 2011, Sunday - I'm still confuse, my tummy still growing and I having problem with my sleeping. So tired, i do research from Google. The more i learn the more i scared. I wanna share my moment during my pregnancy and how i get miscarry and what a shocking news to me and my family member. I so speechless that this was all my worry of instinct finally were answered. Well, having and arrival of twins not very high expected. Now having those sign symptom was wonderful but losing them was very painful. I didn't know that i having twins, after having heavy flow during my 7 weeks 3 days I went to doc again and have a scan either my bb inside my womb still there. Yeah, bb still there. But another concern me, the flow getting more..i'm having no pain at abdominal or back ached. I still feel some carving and sore breast. I change clinic which at Lintas area. Well today was the 7 days~ my slight bleeds still on going. I'm having this crazy nausea, headache, mood swings and losing my appetite too. I felt like having insomnia and feels tired in morning and afternoon, hardly to sleeping during these days. I never been this situation, during my first and second pregnant my hubby was having this kind of feels like morning sickness and carving.. But this morning sickness was getting worst since 5week plus, were attacking me uncertain time and began losing my appetite. Carving? i haven't got that feeling yet, but i feel not teasing good in sweet, but my cooks seem salty my hubby said but i taste alright =) . Anyway- help me !!!!how to reduce this kind of feeling. Last weekend was my BDay that fall on 18 Sept, thanks God that my older daughter is here also. Then we just celebrate with a our birthday simple one, since just four of us at home then we only buy a few piece of cake's. I want to share about my pets. Sometimes some of my cousin call my house little zoo co'z i pet some cat, dog, guppy fish & hamster. But seems my hamster already death a few months ago because she was very old. I got this kitten after Chinese New Year 2011, well i needed company in home while i'm alone sometime's. My dad bought to me from his co-work from Tuaran. Origin of this cat was Bangla (his father) and Parsi (his mom) produce's this Manja. Both parents I heard got blue eyes, but he got yellow and the center of this eyes is dark blue. He never sound like a cat Meow... but sound like spoiled baby.. hahaha. If someone see him totally laugh out loud. Here I got his picture during 2 months old. His tag with bell was yellow by that time, but lost when he wondering around outside house. He got attack by another cats, a bite hurt but he survive. then now he only go to back yard even do he had big bodies but he still a baby i guess. Now he 5/6 ...

It's been a while I haven't talking about the Independence. Well, after busying my daily work. Saturday evening i was strike by some words my little one and realize that haven't giving a good answer for my children. Lately I had been starting doing planting veggies at my back yard since last Sunday. This was my hubby idea’s doing planting but in the end I was the one planting the seeds and water it. He just giving the ideas and I was proceed it. Well, after a few day seeding and care, I got the result that my veggies is growing. Well my friend do you know how hobbies help up. Since I got a lot of hobbies to do, I want share this too. If we like planting flowers in front of the house or d backyard or balcony space (living in the apartment plant), let's take this chance to grow vegetables as well. Not only enrich the color of flowers can make u  claim, but the veggies too. Not only beautiful sight, but can produce fresh leaves and save for going out to shopping.
